We've been handling properties since 1989. Our staff members each have an average of 18 years of experience to better serve property owners and renters. Their experience and our high-quality property management software help us make good decisions based on our property management reports, tenant reports, and property reports. We define your target market as quickly as possible in order to deliver target-specific marketing using the MLS, newspapers, and other media.
Our tenant screenings include checking for a criminal history and spending time with applicants to understand if they can meet our expectations. With our well-planned systems for rent collection and property maintenance, we're able to ensure rentals that are properly cared for and paid for on time.

We maintain tenant and owner files, securely store keys, handle neighbor relations, and take the daily hassle away. We've managed hundreds of residential properties and some commercial properties, giving us the knowledge to efficiently maintain your bank account and work within your budget. In fact, we start the property off with a budget for expenditures relating to repairs, improvements, and other needs. If you don't improve your property, its value will go down. We also pay your bills, maintain escrow, and work with your CPA to form a stronger foundation for your rental property's success. |

A Word from Our Owner
I'm a lifetime native of Palm Beach County and attended 2 years of college here before going away to finish school at the Real Estate Institute. I'm familiar with the local areas and apartment properties and am well-versed in communities and neighborhoods, schools, entertainment, parks and recreation, allowing me to tie into my clients' interests. My experience with the local land also lets me know where outdoor recreation, including cycling, canoeing, golf, and tennis, can be found. I can identify houses of worship and shopping areas suited to tenants' needs.
It's because of my experience and familiarity with the community that The Rental Authority has been setting owners free since 1995. I'm also knowledgeable about programs through the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
